Required Experience:
*Prior experience working as Technical Recruiter with US based clients. Must be
familiar with US IT job market along with recruitment and hiring process.
*Prior experience recruiting IT Professionals (Architects, BA**s, Project
Managers, Developers, Testers, QA/Testers, Network/System Admins,
Database Admins, etc.).
* Well versed in using Internet based recruiting tools (Dice, Net-temps,
Monster etc.) & soft wares .
*Well versed in full recruiting lifecycle viz. sourcing, screening,
interviewing, negotiating, hiring, marketing, placing & maintaining.
*Vendor management
*Excellent communication, inter-personal & negotiating skills.
*Ability to work independently, exercise discretion & take prudent
decisions.
*Ability to prioritize tasks inline with fast
changing business needs.
As Technical Recruiter:

You will be responsible for
managing the full consulting lifecycle viz. sourcing, screening,
interviewing, negotiating, hiring, placing and maintaining.
Work involved:
- Sourcing & recruiting candidates with different levels of experience
with wide array of IT skills.
- Meeting a quick turn-around time in responding to requirements.
-Preparing job description and posting on recruiting web-sites.
-Evaluating candidate skills, understanding strengths & preferences
-Conducting reference checks, salary/rate negotiation etc.
-Building and maintaining relationships with existing candidates &
candidate sources.
-Build & maintain relations with reliable vendor companies.
